You'd be forgiven for misreading the town name of Paraty as Party - we've all done it! And perhaps for good reason!!
Paraty is a small beautiful colonial town on Brazil's Costa Verde; located almost exactly half way between Sao Paulo and Rio. It is most talked about for its handsome churches, cobblestoned streets and pretty whitewashed houses set against a backdrop of a stunning bay and calm waters. So much so that the nightlife often goes unmentioned... Blasphemy!
